Do you mix some of the baked sweet potato into the quinoa stuffing? Or are you putting
the Quinoa on top of the baked ?
Susan, I hollow out some of the sweet potato and put the stuffing in the potato. You can use the insides of the potato for another recipe, or dice it in with the quinoa 🙂
