Happy Almost Cinco De Mayo! Here are some of my favorite recipes for your celebration!
My mushroom ceviche recipe is a great twist on a classic and a great alternative to basic salsa!
Pickled carrots and jalapeños are a staple at every Mexican restaurant in San Diego and my version is fresh, crispy, and the perfect about of heat!
Guac!! What’s a Mexican fiesta without guacamole?? My versions has a secret little twist 😉
If you haven’t tried my portobello mushroom asada yet, I highly suggest you do! This recipe is always a huge hit. *Tip: make sure you leave time to marinade the shrooms overnight for the best flavor!
And finally, I am posting my tortilla soup recipe for you folks in the country that are going to have chilly, rainy weather this week. Stay warm!
If you are going out to celebrate Cinco De Mayo, please be responsible and get a ride 🙂
