Super Power Smoothie

Serves 2

What you’ll need:

2 bananas

8 strawberries

1/2 cup blueberries

2 carrots, chopped into 1 inch pieces

1 heaping tbsp. chia seeds

3/4 cup (or more) soy or almond milk

Put all the ingredients in your blender and puree until smooth.  Enjoy!
