I'll put it out there, I am not a hard alcohol drinker. I usually stick to wine {and champagne!}, but this day I had a hankering for a fresh and cold cocktail. Now I'm no professional mixologist or anything and I'm sure I'm not the first one to combine these ingredients, but I threw what I had in the fridge in a glass and this is how it ended up. Enjoy : )
Serves 1
What you'll need:
4-5 mint leaves
3 slices of cucumber
about a 1/4 tsp. agave nectar (or a pinch of sugar)
1 shot of vodka
club soda
Ice cubes
What you'll do:
In a short glass, place the mint, cucumber and agave nectar or sugar in and muddle. Basically mix up with the back of a spoon if you don't have fancy pants muddler. Add a few ice cubes then pour in the vodka and fill the rest of the glass with club soda. Gently stir, garnish with a slice of cucumber and serve.
Very tasty. This would be a nice alternative to the traditional bloody mary. In fact, I would love to see your version of a bloody mary.
Looks so fabulous! And delicious too.
Spot on with this write-up, I really think this web site wants much more consideration. I’ll probably be again to read much more, thanks for that info.
