Mmmm Mmmm Mmm!  This bread is so moist, rich and decadent!  You’re going to love it!

This is a perfect holiday gift!  Place in a cellophane bag and tie with a cute ribbon!  Change up the recipe you usually give for this one and everyone will love you!

Bread2Vegan Banana Bread with a Chocolate Swirl

1 cup sugar

3 ripe bananas, mashed

1/2 cup coconut oil

1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp. apple cider vinegar

2 cups all-purpose flour

3/4 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. sea salt

6 oz. chocolate, melted

Preheat oven to 350℉

Grease the bottom and sides of a loaf pan with coconut oil and set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat the sugar, bananas, coconut oil, vanilla extract, almond milk and vinegar.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients bowl and gently incorporate. 

Take about 1/4 of the batter, place in a separate bowl and mix in the melted chocolate.

Pour the banana batter into baking pan and pour the chocolate batter on top. Swirl the batters together using a knife or toothpick. Bake 1 hour or until an inserted tooth pick comes out clean. Cool and serve.
