MY goal for 2013 is to be injury free-yes injury free! Although still struggling to recover, I try to remain optimistic and plan on trying more non-impact exercises, positive mental attitude and yoga. With Brendan’s wonderful shakes, protein bars and receipes, I feel that I can recover that much faster. I’m confident that by focusing more in repairing the inside of my body, it will better enable me to perform better and faster in my upcoming races.
