I had the same thing happen at Sundance… my vegan sustenance came from a soy cappucino at one of the suites and from a fruit garnish in a cocktail! Luckily I packed lots of snacks as well.
Is this a new recipe you had? It’s actually great for items you have stored or about to buy. You wouldn’t believe that you can make something out of the only ingredients you had. Your photo and plating looks good too, great job!
