Exploring Los Angeles is one of my favorite things to do. I've lived here a long time and I'm constantly finding new and fun things to do. I guess that's the joy of living in the second largest city in the US, there is always something new to do. This particular afternoon was spent at the Annenberg Space for Photography and at lunch with some close friends. So I guess this is a restaurant review and museum recommendation in one
First off, you've got to check out the Annenberg Space for Photography if you haven't been!! It's a fabulous space to see a collection. It's located right behind the CAA building in Century City. Right now they are showing a presentation called Beauty CULTure that runs through November 27th. If you are into fashion at all, definitely check it out! There is a display of some of my favorite photos of all time. Including work from over 100 photographers including Herb Ritts, Tyen, Albert Watson, Susan Anderson and so many more. There are also videos that play in two spots in the museum. Don't skip them!
After spending time at the museum, we wandered across the street to the Century City Mall and decided to grab a bite at Breadbar.
They have a fabulous patio and are a perfect spot for a relaxing afternoon! P.S. they have a happy hour from 3-7pm daily out on the patio. This afternoon I opted for a little soup
They have great soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers etc. Obviously, they also have fabulous bread
So the moral of this post is to run, don't walk to check out the Annenberg Space for Photography! And stop by Breadbar for a little happy hour.

i’ve been wanting to check out that exhibit (and space) for a while now – thanks for the reminder! have you been to the breadbar ramen bull across from cedars sinai? they make a veggie version that’s amazing!
