I happen to get a box full of vegan chocolate chip cookies from Emily's Desserts in Los Angeles the other day. I will say, they are the best vegan cookies ever! (PS the milk is super frothy because it's soy milk) Emily is able to do something very rare in a vegan cookie; it had a nice crisp edge with a soft pillowy center. Seriously get an A+ in my book.
