If you are in need of a gift for a big foodie, I just got a fabulous gift from my hubby that I love!! The new pasta maker Kitchenaid attachment. One word: AWESOME! So easy to use and makes great pasta. Leagues better than kitchenaids last attempt! They are only being sold at William-Sonoma.
The pasta drops down and you slice it with the wire cutter. Makes lots of different shapes. Last night I made the rigatoni and was fabulous! Here is the basic pasta recipe I like.

I love homemade stuff like that (I have a bread maker) because you can tinker with recipes to add healthy ingredients. Not sure how you’d do that with pasta, but it would be fun to try…
